Had my civic serviced for alignment & suspension checked. Mitchell was the service advisor. He went above & beyond. A shuttle was arranged to take me home. The service time was less than what was quoted.When the car was ready, I missed the shuttle cutoff and Mitchell arranged a Lyft ride. When leaving the dealership, my car had been washed (I meant to ask but forgot!). Mitchell provided his contact information and told me to call if I had any questions. I am very pleased with the service I received.

Came to the dealership to get maintenance done that I declined during the last service. They fit me in and got my car serviced and me out the door within an hour and a half. Very friendly staff.

Quick, easy service on a Saturday morning. My appt was at 8:30 and it was done by 11:30. Oil change, tire rotation, brake line fluid replenishment and recall check. They even washed my car! Each service person I encountered was friendly and pleasant. I’ve purchased my last two cars from here and I’m sure the next will come from here as well.

My appointment was @830 and I was met promptly by Josh! He was warm and friendly. He offered me a ride to my friend’s house which I declined because I wanted to walk. I was texted updates about other things that needed tending to. ! When I returned he assisted me in looking for coupon ! He was so helpful and kind. That he felt like a friend! I first went I worked with Yaniah Daye who educated me that since my car is under 12k I get a complementary oil change. She was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable.
