Had mechanical problems with my car I took it over without an appointment. I was expecting to leave it there overnight. The problem was diagnosed as a bad alternator. Had the car back by late afternoon . My service consultant was Joshua, very happy with the service he provided .

Visited the place to purchase a Honda CRV which we finally did. I was happy that I got a Honda CRV but not satisfied with how the customer care services has been for us. Definitely would recommend my friend for Honda but possibly from another dealer.

The service I received on Friday June 6th was amazing. The staff there was super friendly and helpful. But the most helpful person was Kevin! He got everything I needed done and I will definitely be back to Honda of Owings Mills.

Curtis helped me with my oil change and tire rotation He took my car, told me to go relax in the waiting area, and before I knew it, my car was finished. He walked me out to the parking lot to show me the location of my just washed car. Great service as usual from Curtis.

I came in for oil change and was told 90 minutes and ended up 3 hours with no problems found. Tires were rotated. Next day warning light with low pressure right rear tire and TMPS? needed to be fixed. Next day brought car in and sat down to wait. 2 hours later still nothing done. When I went to service they went into work area and found out nothing was wrong and the work first did not handle tires and calibration system properly. I spoke to service manager and senior person in main dealership about everything.

Peter was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Bo, the sales manager was very accommodating to the price we wanted to pay. Very good experience with this dealership.

Sara was nice she made me feel like we were friends and she communicated with me about my car and made sure everything was clear and I didn’t have any additional questions. However upon arrival the guy prior that I spoke with he was rude ( first desk as soon as you drive into service). I asked him a question and he kept saying what to me and his attitude made it seem like I was bothering him when I was only trying to get clarity on my reason of visit.

Had an appointment for 11am for an express oil change and was there for three hours.

Always able to get a service appointment in a timely manner. The service advisor is always polite and helpful.

Took my car for state inspection. This is also where I get my regular service done. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Place is always clean, they always clearly communicate their findings and any follow up that is needed. Today I was in and out in no time. Clear communication when the car is ready to be picked up, and what was checked, etc. Always leave this location satisfied.

The dealership does an excellent job balancing the needs of all of its customers! Andy, my salesman, was very helpful and made sure I was completely satisfied. They gave me a good deal, and I was able to complete the negotiations by email. The manager went out of his way to make me happy. This is the second car I've purchased from this dealership.

The dealership made purchasing a new car, which is a major purchase mostly stress free. Everyone at the dealership is very polite and accommodating. All the service reps at Owings Mills who have overseen my car needs have been knowledgable and professional. Although I don't deal personally with the mechanics, I have been satisfied with their work. The facility has ample seating, TV, vending machines, and free coffee/tea, to help make waiting easier. It has a shuttle which I've used in the past. Smartphone communication by voice and text is standard. I'm happy with my car's performance in part because of the care it receives at Honda of Owings Mills.

The staff is professional; however, the service is slow. They appear to overbook appointments. It should not take 4-6 hours for an oil change.

It was impressive. Mitchell was attentive. Made sure I was comfortable for what was reported as a 4hr procedure, and didn't take as long. Told me of availabilities for entertaining myself, including a shuttle. I would recommend this dealership on the merits of their employees making themselves visible and attentive to current and possible car owners.

My honda accord had a fuel pump recall, they brought up 15 different issues and when I rejected to get those “issues” fixed, they messed up my car. Now it makes cranky noise when starting my 2019 accord. Not sure if its their way of trying to get more money out of me. Never taking my car here. Going to speak to my lawyer

Joshua made sure my Honda extended warranty claim was approved so that the AC could be fixed. He had to contact the warranty people several times to get the approval. The work was successfully completed and the AC is working normally.
