The service advisors are always very friendly and knowledgeable and willing to help you. They take their time with you and try to understand your problem or concern with your car to make sure that you’re not in a car that you are gonna go out on the road and something happened and you end up dying.

Went in for 75K service. Quick and efficient. However, I've asked dealership to identify strange noise on driver side wheel well for past 4 services, still not identified. Can't understand why this is so hard to do.
Service started on time. Service person was helpful and nice. Washed my car which I really appreciated. Payment and information was efficient. Cashier was also nice.

Curtis, Blake and the whole service staff at Honda Owings Mills was great they I was greeted as soon as I came in, they Were able to look at it the same day and also communicated quickly about my vehicle diagnosis I was contacted quickly once my vehicle was ready for pick up the very next day I would definitely recommend this store for service and be sure to ask for Curtis.
I never write reviews, but I feel like this one is deserved. This is my second time at Honda of OM, and it’s one of the few places I feel like I do not get taken advantage st. My service advisor, Cynthia Harvey, was wonderful— nothing but great words to say about her. She made sure I was only charged for what I needed and gave me suggestions on what needed to be done and why in easy-to-explain terms. When trying to leave, she saw my car was dirty and insisted it be cleaned before I left. 10/10 customer service.
I was treated very well. Mitchell was courteous and the work was done quickly. Mitchell even went the extra mile and got me a quick ride home.

Honda Odyssey in for a fuel pump recall. Service advisor Mitchell J worked with us to make sure parts were available before we scheduled. And when the new part was found to be defective and the rework took longer, Mitchell J stayed around after hours in order to get the car to us that same day. Thank-you very much!!

Sales rep “Bryon” , Sales Mgr “Mike”and Finance gentleman that finally did my paperwork was fantastic to deal with. Finance Director not so much. All and all I will give a 5 star although the Director of Finance was a disappointment in her mgt skills. My deal was done cash in hand and she delegated her team to work on new comers and make me wait 2.5hrs to sign paperwork. My time is valuable and I wish she would have noted this in her delegation process!
